MarShawn Lloyd believes the Green Bay Packers have plenty of room to grow after their convincing 31-7 win over the Chicago Bears on Sunday. The running back pointed to the team's talent on both sides of the ball as a reason for optimism following a much-needed rivalry victory at Lambeau Field.

According to Lloyd, the Packers need to keep building on their performances.

“Sky's the limit. We just got to keep participating and doing whatever we can. Soon, I mean, we already have a good defense, but adding a guy like… a superstar. It would be nice,” Lloyd said when asked about Green Bay's potential.

MarShawn Lloyd said the “sky is the limit” for the 3-2 Packers, who get Lloyd’s locker mate Micah Parsons back “soon” after weathering the season’s first month.

Lloyd played a key role in the win, scoring two rushing touchdowns on 10 carries for 31 yards. Both touchdowns were the first rushing scores of the season for Green Bay and the first of Lloyd's NFL career. His physical six-yard touchdown run in the second quarter gave the Packers a 14-0 lead.

Quarterback Jordan Love completed 25 of 31 passes for 367 yards and two touchdowns. Christian Watson caught six passes for 143 yards and two scores, while Matthew Golden added 123 receiving yards on six catches. The passing attack helped Green Bay pull away after Chicago cut the deficit to seven points before halftime.

The defense also delivered despite missing star pass rusher Micah Parsons and linebacker Edgerrin Cooper. Green Bay intercepted three passes, recovered two fumbles, and consistently disrupted Chicago's offense.
