Here are the rosters for Sunday's AFL Fall Stars Game

In last year’s Arizona Fall League Fall Stars Game, Kevin McGonigle led off for the American League, Hagen Smith struck out a pair in a scoreless inning of relief and Sam Antonacci picked up two RBIs, including the game-winner on a walk-off sacrifice fly in the ninth inning of the AL’s 5-4 victory over the National League at Mesa’s Sloan Park. Less than a year later, all three made significant impacts as bonafide Major Leaguers in the AL Central.

This Sunday, we’ll see who can follow in their footsteps to The Show.

The Arizona Fall League announced the American and National League Fall Stars Game rosters, which included 10 of MLB Pipeline’s Top 100 prospects, on Wednesday. The 20th annual showcase event will be broadcast live from Salt River Fields at Talking Stick on MLB Network and streamed on MLB.com with Paul Severino, Dan O’Dowd and Jim Callis calling the action at 8 p.m. ET (6 p.m. local time).

The American League squad has six of the 10 active Top 100 talents on its roster -- Rangers shortstop Sebastian Walcott (No. 8), Angels shortstop Arjun Nimmala (No. 34), Rays catcher Nathan Flewelling (No. 63), Royals outfielder Angeibel Gomez (No. 76), Yankees shortstop Dax Kilby (No. 78) and Orioles outfielder/first baseman Ike Irish (No. 95). The remaining four on the National League side are Braves infielder Tate Southisene (No. 58), Phillies infielder Aidan Miller (No. 59), Nationals right-hander Jarlin Susana (No. 66) and D-backs second baseman Demetrio Crisantes (No. 84).

Two other Top 100 prospects -- Tigers outfielder Zyhir Hope (No. 26) and White Sox infielder/outfielder Caleb Bonemer (No. 27) -- were officially named AL Fall Stars but won’t participate after their earlier exits from Fall League play.

Among the other notable Fall Stars on initial rosters are Guardians middle infielder Welbyn Francisca, who leads the AFL in average (.409) and is second in slugging (.667) and OPS (1.134); 2026 sixth overall pick and Royals outfielder Zion Rose and Padres outfielder Alex McCoy, who is tied for second on the circuit with five homers and has its highest exit velocity this season at 118.2 mph.

Six players still have a chance to make the contest through The Fall Stars Final 2 Vote. Royals catcher Brooks Bryan, Angels third baseman Jake Munroe and Yankees first baseman Kyle West are competing for the last AL spot, while Dodgers second baseman/outfielder Charles Davalan, Padres infielder Justin DeCriscio and Dodgers outfielder Eduardo Quintero are up for the NL. Quintero (No. 15) or Davalan (No. 79) would add another Top 100 talent to the proceedings. Fans can vote on MLB.com and the Fall League website until voting closes at 8 p.m. ET/6 p.m. MT on Friday.

AFL skippers Daniel Robertson (Surprise) and Rafael Neda (Scottsdale) will manage the AL and NL teams respectively. Robertson worked as a Guardians assistant baserunning coordinator and Triple-A Columbus bench coach before heading to the desert, while Neda manages the Brewers’ Rookie-level Arizona Complex League affiliate.
