The Atlanta Hawks are just a day away from kicking off their 2026-27 NBA season on the road vs the Orlando Magic. The Hawks are looking to build off the success of last year, when they won their most games in a decade and pushed the New York Knicks further than any other team could in the NBA playoffs.
Heading into the season, one of the biggest questions for fans was where they would be able to stream games for the team this year, and on Tuesday, they finally got their answer.
“The Atlanta Hawks announced that Amazon's Prime Video will serve as their new streaming home for the 2026-27 NBA season,” reported ClutchPoints on X, formerly Twitter.
They also added that “They're the first NBA team to have Prime Video stream their games to in-market fans at no additional cost to subscribers.”
It's certainly good news for Hawks fans who were concerned about game accessibility heading into the new year, especially considering that Atlanta doesn't exactly have a ton of national TV games on the schedule this season.

The team made some additions on the margins this year, adding Aaron Wiggins and Lu Dort at the Oklahoma City Thunder's cap-clearing fire sale and also drafting Kingston Flemings with the number eight overall pick.
In any case, the Hawks' game against the Magic on Wednesday is slated to tip off at 7:00 pm ET from Orlando.
