The Philadelphia Eagles have yet to utilize edge rusher Jonathan Greenard this season after he suffered a pectoral strain in his pec right before training camp. With the club set to take on the Chicago Bears in a “Monday Night Football” showdown, it sounds like Greenard is finally going to make his debut with Philly.
Reports indicate that the 29-year-old was given the green light to play against the Bears, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. After being questionable throughout the week leading up to the contest, Greenard will finally play his first game of the 2026-27 season.
“Pass rusher Jonathan Greenard (questionable, pec) is set to make his Philadelphia Eagles debut tonight vs. Chicago, per source,” Fowler reported.
