Colts defensive tackle DeForest Buckner is becoming increasingly irritated by his team’s struggles.

After last week’s loss to the previously-winless Titans, Buckner said, “I’m sick and tired of the same song and dance every year.”

Following Sunday’s loss to the still-undefeated Vikings, Buckner repeated his message.

“I’m frustrated,” Buckner said.

In the final year of his contract with the Colts, he also could be traded before the November 10 deadline. And he eventually could be traded to the 49ers, who traded Buckner to the Colts in 2020.

Buckner, who earned a $10 million roster bonus in March, has a base salary of $13 million. With 11 weeks left, he’s still owed $7.94 million.

Now 2-5, the Colts play the Jaguars and Cowboys before the deadline. The Colts may wait to see what happens after Week 8 (or Week 9), or they could accept an offer if they currently have one.
