The Los Angeles Chargers are currently 0-4 and still looking for their first win of the season, but both sides of the ball haven't looked great. More specifically, it's the offense that needs some work, as Mike McDaniel is trying to figure out what works best for Justin Herbert.

If they don't figure things out soon, there is a chance some people could be on the hot seat, and ESPN insiders Jeremy Fowler and Dan Graziano are looking at head coach Jim Harbaugh.

“Barring a turnaround, it feels like someone will shoulder the blame in Los Angeles,” Fowler wrote. “Harbaugh has a massive five-year deal (reportedly worth $80 million) and has built up sweat equity with back-to-back 11-win seasons. Perhaps the Chargers would ask him to stay on and rebuild the staff this offseason, depending on how things look over the next few months. And things look bleak, to be clear. But he essentially just rebuilt the staff, so not sure that's a solution.”

“Yeah, barring a massive turnaround, you have to think someone ends up in trouble with the Chargers. Head coach? GM? Quarterback? All of the above?” Graziano wrote.

Harbaugh might actually be safe, especially when taking into account the success he's had with the team since joining. Eyes may turn to McDaniel since the offense doesn't look good, and his past few years haven't been great for him when he was with the Miami Dolphins. He may be the easy option.

If the owner thinks it's time for a full reset, then general manager Joe Hortiz may be the one let go.

There's a lot of uncertainty about where the Chargers could go from here and where they want to go, but they still have some time to turn things around. The bad thing for them is that their schedule doesn't get any easier, and they face the Denver Broncos next.
