The Bills announced the news on Friday, Oct. 30. Their announcement read, “The most Buffalo halftime show is happening at Highmark Stadium on Thanksgiving.”

This works out nicely for the band. The Goo Goo Dolls will be in town the weekend before for their benefit shows for FeedMoreWNY on Nov. 20 and 21.

The Bills host the Chiefs on Thanksgiving. It is the latest chapter in the Josh Allen-Patrick Mahomes rivalry. Currently, the Chiefs are 5-1 and coming off their first loss of the season against the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks. The Bills are also 5-1 and first in the AFC East.

Thanksgiving is a busy week for the NFL. The NFL will hold a game the night before the holiday between the Green Bay Packers and the Los Angeles Rams. Then, on Thanksgiving, there will be a triple-header that culminates with the Bills-Chiefs game.
