The Titans filled the opening on their 53-man roster that was created by Thursday’s trade of defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons to the Bears.
They announced that they have signed defensive tackle Timmy Horne off of the practice squad. Horne was released when the Titans claimed defensive tackle Jonah Laulu off of waivers and he returned to the practice squad the next day.
Horne had five tackles in two appearances for the team this month. He previously played in 21 games for the Falcons and Giants and had 31 tackles in those appearances.
The Titans also announced that they have signed linebacker Dominique Hampton to their practice squad.
