Arsenal fans ejected from West Ham stadium as brutal fight breaks out in stands
Ugly scenes erupted in the stands at the London Stadium during Arsenal’s win over West Ham.
The Gunners clinched a dramatic 1-0 victory thanks to Leandro Trossard’s goal seven minutes from time.

Mikel Arteta’s side survived a late scare, though, with a Hammers equaliser ruled out by VAR.
However, it was after the visitors’ winner when violence broke out in the crowd.
A number of Arsenal fans were chucked out of the stadium by stewards after being caught celebrating in home sections of the ground.
Footage from inside the stadium showed several fans being marched down steps and out of the stand.
The video of the incident also shows Hammers supporters clashing with the Arsenal fans as they were being ejected by stewards.
With fighting breaking out amongst the rival supporters, the away section quickly noticed what had occurred in the home end.
In response, chants of ‘We’ll sit where we want,’ could be heard from the travelling fans.
Dramatic London derby
The worrying scenes of fan violence in the crowd formed part of a dramatic conclusion in east London.
West Ham had come close to scoring just moments before Trossard’s 83rd minute strike.
On a nervy afternoon, Mateus Fernandes worked his way into the box only to be denied by David Raya from point-blank range.

The Arsenal goalkeeper had earlier got down to his right to palm away a diving header from Taty Castellanos.
Meanwhile, the Hammers had a goal ruled out in stoppage time following a lengthy VAR check.
Callum Wilson’s effort was awarded by referee Chris Kavanagh before replays showed Raya had been fouled by Pablo.
The referee was urged to review the incident on the pitchside monitor before opting to overturn his original decision.
It meant Arsenal were able to hold on for all three points, with the result crucial to both ends of the Premier League table.
The Gunners now sit five points clear of Manchester City at the top of the table, although their title rivals have a game in hand.

As for the Hammers, they remain in the relegation zone, a point adrift of Tottenham Hotspur.
Spurs can extend that gap to four points with two matches remaining by beating Leeds United on Monday, live on talkSPORT.
West Ham have not been relegated from the Premier League for 14 years having secured an immediate top-flight return in 2012.
