AEW Dynasty 2026: Match card & bold predictions
In less than a few hours after Saturday Night Collision, AEW is all set to host the 2026 Dynasty PPV. Set to take place in Vancouver, Canada, AEW fans are already excited to see what Tony Khan has planned for them this time.
AEW Dynasty 2026 will take place at Rogers Arena on Apr. 12, 2026. The second AEW PPV of the year, after Revolution, Dynasty 2026, will be available for fans to watch on HBO Max in the US at a discounted rate. Viewers can also order and watch Dynasty on Amazon Prime Video. International fans also have the opportunity to watch AEW on Prime Video as well as MyAEW. The main card is scheduled to begin at 7 PM ET with a zero-hour show planned before that.
With a total of 9 matches listed for the PPV (including the Zero-hour), here are ClutchPoints’ predictions for AEW Dynasty 2026.
AEW Dynasty Zero-hour matches
As of now, only one zero-hour match for the show has been announced. With still a few hours and one episode of Collision left to air, fans can expect a couple of more matches to get added to the stacked list. Dynasty’s zero hour will feature Alex Windsor going against Marina Shafir.
Windsor joined forces with Ospreay on the latest episode of Dynamite, when “The Aerial Assassin” brought the United Empire to AEW to fight against Jon Moxley’s Death Riders. The two groups clashed in the parking lot. Windsor is one of the most talented and brightest wrestlers on the roster, but judging on current momentum, it seems Shafir would be the one coming out with the win on Sunday, Apr. 12.
Our prediction: Marina Shafir defeats Alex Windsor.
1. MJF vs. Kenny Omega – AEW World Championship match

In a heated rivalry against each other for weeks now, Kenny Omega will finally get his hands on MJF later this week on Dynasty. After successfully crossing several huddles, Omega finally earned his chance to challenge MJF for the World title.
One of the promotion’s EVPs, Omega is highly unlikely to win the title and become a permanent addition to the roster with the world because of his health conditions. Experiencing one of the best runs of his career, Maxwell Jacob Friedman is expected to win and continue his World title run, possibly till All In 2026, where he is expected to lose it to a top babyface.
Our prediction: MJF defeats Kenny Omega.
2. Chris Jericho vs. Ricochet

Returning to AEW after almost a year’s absence, Chris Jericho quickly found himself in a top spot. On the latest edition of Dynamite, he came face-to-face with Ricochet, where he successfully resurfaced his “List of Jericho” gimmick and tricked Ricochet into a match against him.
At Dynasty, Ricochet will face Jericho in a singles match. In the best shape of his career, the 55-year-old Jericho is expected to continue his return momentum by scoring a win over the former National Champion.
Our prediction: Chris Jericho defeats Ricochet.
3. The Young Bucks (Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson) vs. The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita)
Known each for several years now, The Young Bucks (Nick and Matt Jackson) are now set to face Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita of The Don Callis Family. Matt and Nick Jackson are former EVPs and recently underwent a character change. Moving up the ladder in their redemption arc, they currently find themselves in a battle against Okada and Takeshita.
However, both Okada and Takeshita do not find themselves on the same page. Often battling ego problems, fans can expect a similar situation to take over at Dynasty, and The Young Bucks will take advantage of that to score the victory. Later, at AEW Double or Nothing, Takeshita and Okada are scheduled to face each other.
Our prediction: The Young Bucks (Nick Jackson and Matt Jackson) defeat The Don Callis Family (Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita).
4. Tommaso Ciampa vs. Rush vs. All TBA – Casino Gauntlet match for the vacant AEW TNT Championship
A few days ago, Kyle Fletcher got injured during a scary spot and currently finds himself out of action. Fletcher also recently had to relinquish his AEW TNT Championship. With no official title holder, AEW recently announced a Casino Gauntlet match for the vacant title.
With Tommaso Ciampa and Rush announced as two of the first entrants for the Gauntlet match, Ciampa is expected to withstand all of his opponents and secure the victory to claim back the TNT title, which he once lost.
Our prediction: Tommaso Ciampa wins the AEW TNT Championship.
5. Andrade El Ídolo (with Don Callis) vs. Darby Allin
Arch-rivals Andrade El Ídolo and Darby Allin are set to clash at AEW Dynasty. The match comes with the stipulation that if Allin manages to win, he will receive a future AEW World title shot.
However, based on the run and popularity Andrade El Ídolo is experiencing right now, it is highly unlikely to see him lose. Allin had previously publicly expressed his interest in not chasing titles, and it will not make much sense to place him in the title spot instead of El Ídolo, who is having the run of his life.
Our prediction: Andrade El Ídolo defeats Darby Allin.
6. FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) (c) (with Stokely) vs. Cope and Cage (Adam Copeland and Christian Cage) for the AEW World Tag Team Championship
With a storied rivalry and history with each other that dates back several years, FTR are again set to clash against the reunited duo of Cope and Christian Cage. The four men are again scheduled to face each other with the Tag titles on the line.
While Wheeler and Harwood have held the titles for some time now, fans can expect AEW to hand over the win to Cope and Cage in their home country of Canada and receive a thunderous cheer from the crowd. The duo can later drop the titles once back in the USA or even proceed to put over other younger talents.
Our prediction: Cope and Christian Cage defeat FTR for the AEW World Tag Team Championship
7. Will Ospreay vs. Jon Moxley (c) for the AEW Continental Championship

Last year at AEW Forbidden Door, fans witnessed Moxley and the Death Riders launch a brutal attack on Will Ospreay after the Lights Out match. While Ospreay and his team won, the Death Riders found their way back inside the cage and launched a brutal attack on Ospreay’s neck.
After months of absence, Ospreay finally found his way back into AEW after surgery. Now recovered, he looks forward to taking revenge for his loss and avenging the pain Moxley put his family through. With a 20-minute time limit, Ospreay is expected to defeat Moxley for the Continental title and begin his much-awaited title run.
Our prediction: Will Ospreay defeats Jon Moxley for the AEW Continental Championship
8. Thekla (c) vs. Jamie Hayter for the AEW Women’s World Championship
Thekla has been the champion for some months now. While Jamie Hayter is one of the most popular women on the roster and a top contender to win back the title, Thekla does not seem to drop the title anytime soon.
On a dominating run with her Triangle of Madness, Thekla is expected to defeat Hayter and continue her run with the Women’s World Championship.
Our prediction: Thekla defeats Jamie Hayter.
