Tottenham told to raid Bundesliga for Thomas Frank replacement despite Mauricio Pochettino talk
Tottenham have been warned against re-hiring Mauricio Pochettino in the summer.
Current boss Thomas Frank is under enormous pressure at the north London club with disappointing results and performances all season.

Saturday’s crunch clash with strugglers West Ham at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium could be a make or break fixture for the Dane.
Frank only replaced Ange Postecoglou in the summer, after he won the Europa League to end their trophy drought, but things have not gone to plan.
It’s safe to say he has lost a huge section of the Spurs fanbase.
talkSPORT’s Inside Spurs YouTube show was in surprise agreement that they would take a 1-1 draw with West Ham if it meant Frank being sacked.
Attention would naturally turn to who could replace him and one name that has an emotional attachment will always be Pochettino.
The 53-year-old spent five years at the club, guiding them to a Champions League final and League Cup final, falling short at the final hurdle.
Pochettino was never backed in the transfer market like his predecessors amid a backdrop of their £1billion stadium project.
Some sections of the fanbase feel like there is unfinished business there.
Poch would not be available right away, however, as the current United States boss has the small matter of a home World Cup to take care of.
But would he want to go back to north London after the tournament? talkSPORT’s Alan Brazil thinks so.

Speaking on Breakfast, the former Tottenham striker said: “He’s a really nice guy. I think he wants to come back.
“Daniel Levy has gone now, so maybe he could come back after the World Cup.”
But there are reservations about going back to a former manager.
talkSPORT’s Sonny Snelling said on Inside Spurs: “Never go back to an ex. I feel like the ship has maybe sailed on him, which is a shame.
“I feel like when you do look at his time at PSG and Chelsea, like there were good moments there.
“I just feel like now with the World Cup, it depends how that goes for the US. They’ve not had great prep.

“I am lost for words who we have next because my idea would be to pick a young coach because I feel like these last two project managers have been a bit set in their ways.
“I feel like these younger coaches who are out there are more open for some transfers to come in that they can improve on.”
Host Majestic added: “I do think the whole energy of Spurs needs to change. But the problem is there’s a whole heap of fan base that’ll be like, Pochettino’s not the guy. He’s rubbish. He’s not won anything.
“Because we have the beautiful stadium and the beautiful training facilities and this, and we are a big club historically, I think people think we’re in a bigger place than what we are.
“I just think a lot of fans need a reality check.”
Who should be the next Spurs manager?
Xabi Alonso, Oliver Glasner and Marco Silva currently lead the bookies’ odds on who will be the next manager for Spurs.

However, another name was put forward on the Inside Spurs show.
Sonny Snelling said: “I’d go for Sebastian Hoeness at Stuttgart, who has gone out there and he’s won them their first trophy in a long time.
“He’s improved players. They’ve got a guy over there called Angelo Stiller, who’s been linked with Real Madrid and is proper good play-making midfielder.”
Hoeness won the German Cup last season and currently has Stuttgart third in the Bundesliga.
