Thunder’s Jalen Williams already ruled out for Game 7 vs. Spurs with hamstring injury
After the Oklahoma City Thunder’s Jalen Williams underwhelming performance in Game 6, he’s officially ruled out for Game 7 of the Western Conference Finals against the San Antonio Spurs. Williams played for the first time since re-aggrevating his left hamstring in Game 2 against the Spurs.
He finished with one point and one assist in 10 minutes, signaling for many that Williams was far from 100 percent recovered. However, as Thunder head coach Mark Daigneault revealed during his postgame press conference, Williams wanted to give it a go in Game 6. The Thunder also announced that Ajay Mitchell, who’s missed the previous three game with a right solelus injury, is also ruled out.
The Thunder will host the Spurs for Game 7 on Saturday.
