McLaren create history with landmark partnership as Lando Norris F1 car has unique new life
McLaren Racing set the standard in Formula 1 last season and now they’re continuing that trend in 2026.
The motorsport giants have announced a stunning multi-year global partnership as Topps become their official trading card licensee.

To kick the deal with Fanatics Collectibles off with a bang, they’re combining to create history with their first set.
The first product – Topps x McLaren Racing 2025 – has been released instantly, celebrating the brand’s incredible championship heritage through the years.
And in the set lucky fans will be able to find trading cards featuring real components from reigning F1 world champion Lando Norris’ 2020 and 2021 McLaren Formula 1 race cars.
Previously Topps trading card sets have included all manner of memorabilia, from match-worn jerseys and game-used equipment.
They have even included goal nets and trophy shavings in recent products and now they’re adding F1 car components to that list.
The new set doesn’t just cover their elite Formula 1 stars Norris and Oscar Piastri.
Also celebrated will be the Arrow McLaren IndyCar Team, the McLaren F1 Sim Racing Team and the McLaren United AS WEC Hypercar Team.
That’s before you get to a stunning class of legendary former drivers.
Within the set, some of the greatest drivers in their history like Kimi Raikkonen, Mika Hakkinen, Emerson Fittipaldi, and Alain Prost will feature.
And as well as the Norris car relics, you can also find cards with patches of race suits and balaclavas from the Brit ace, Piastri, as well as Juan Pablo Montoya, and David Coulthard.

The deal comes just days after Lewis Hamilton confirmed he was also branching out into the world of trading cards.
The seven-time Formula 1 world champion is set to open his new Card Culture by Lewis Hamilton stores across the globe, starting out in Germany.
Meanwhile, McLaren CEO Zak Brown has also previously spoken to talkSPORT.com about his love of collecting, from cars and cards to equipment and historical documents.
“I’ve got a lot of unique stuff because that’s what makes collecting fun,” he said last year.
“First of all everything is unique but I’ve got some historical documents that are quite fascinating, some sports memorabilia.
“I’m a baseball, ice hockey guy. Novak [Djokovic] just gave me one of his rackets which is pretty cool. So I’m a big collector.

“I’ve been fortunate to connect with a lot of mega people which is an exciting part of the job because there’s a lot of Formula 1 fans and McLaren fans.
“So whether it’s prime ministers, presidents, hall of famers of every sport, it’s fascinating the people that you meet.”
