Rangers are back in action on Thursday evening as they travel to Poland for the first leg of their Europa League third qualifying round, still looking for their first win of the season following their stalemate with Dundee United in their opening game of the league season on Friday night.

The winner over the two legs of the Europa League qualifying tie will take on either Larne of Northern Ireland or Iberia 1999 of Georgia for a place in the league phase, while the loser will be up against either Jablonec of the Czech Republic or RFS of Latvia for a place in the Conference League league phase.

Thursday night’s match will be the Polish team’s first ever competitive match against Scottish opposition, while Rangers are unbeaten in competitive matches against Polish teams in 57 years, their most recent match being a 2-0 win over Lech Poznan in December 2020, en route to reaching the final.
