Harry Maguire hit with 15-month suspended prison sentence hours before Man United match
Harry Maguire has been found guilty of non-serious assault, resisting arrest and attempted bribery in Greece.
The Manchester United defender will face no prison time after being handed a 15-month suspended sentence on Wednesday.

talkSPORT understands Maguire will still feature in the Red Devils’ Premier League clash against Newcastle tonight, having not been involved in today’s legal process.
The 32-year-old was arrested while on a family holiday in Mykonos in 2020 and the incident has been through a number of retrials.
Sources close to Maguire claim he has rejected multiple opportunities to reach a financial settlement.
The England defender remains determined to clear his name and will appeal to the Supreme Court.
Maguire’s trial finally took place almost six years after his arrest, for which he was handed a 21-month suspended sentence.
He was initially found guilty of aggravated assault, resisting arrest, and attempted bribery.
The conviction was automatically quashed on appeal under Greek law, and a retrial has been postponed four times.
