Ireland have made a slow start to the current Six Nations campaign, falling to a heavy defeat in Paris on the opening night before just edging out Italy in Dublin last weekend to scrape through with a 20-13 victory.
Andy Farrell’s side make the trip to Twickenham sat fifth in the Six Nations table, albeit just two points off second placed Scotland, but will be wary they’ve lost eight of their last 10, and four of their last five matches away from home against England.
Ireland face an uphill battle to win back the Six Nations title they last won in 2024, but will need to win each of their last three matches, ending the campaign with home games against Wales and Scotland, but will need someone to do them a favour at some point by beating France.
Ireland have won six of their last seven matches away from home, as well as five of their last six matches against England, but their recent record at Twickenham does love a lot to be desired.
