England stars wear shirts of Argentina’s arch rivals days after ‘lack of respect’ claim
Just days after they beat Argentina, England have twisted the knife even further.
Steve Borthwick’s side prevailed 31-24 over their South American rivals last Saturday in a fiery contest which saw a total of seven yellow cards dished out.

England made sure to celebrate the win in style as they blasted celebratory music from their dressing room.
However, the tunes were deemed too loud by Argentina head coach Felipe Contepomi, who initially asked for the volume to be lowered during his press conference, only to walk out in frustration.
Contepomi later accused the England team of a ‘lack of respect’.
The feisty occasion took place days after the two nations squared off in the semi-finals at the World Cup, although it was Argentina who got the better of England on the day.
But the English rugby stars bravely decided to pour fuel on the fire via social media.
Pollock pokes the Argentinian bear
In a reel shared by Henry Pollock on his Instagram, a number of players wore Brazil football shirts and danced underneath the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro.
“When in Rio,” Pollock wrote in the caption.
Plenty of fans saw the funny side of the post, as did fellow England star Marcus Smith.
“Genius,” Smith wrote.
England international cricketer Sam Billings also commented with three laughing emojis.

When do England return to action?
The win over Argentina was England’s second from their first three games in the Nations Championship.
Borthwick’s men bounced back from a 45-21 loss to South Africa at Ellis Park with a resounding 73-8 victory over Fiji.
The results left England sitting third in the Northern Hemisphere section of the Nations Championship with 10 points, behind second-placed Scotland and leaders France.
England resume the Nations Championship on November 8 against Australia at Twickenham.
A fixture against Japan on November 14 follows before rounding out the Nations Championship action against New Zealand on November 21.
