Chelsea chief issues six-word message to Ryan Reynolds after Wrexham FA Cup tie
Chelsea co-owner Behdad Eghbali was spotted sharing a few words with Ryan Reynolds after their FA Cup win over Wrexham.
The Blues needed extra-time to get past the Championship side, winning 4-2 at the Racecourse Ground.

In a video shared by The Sun, Eghbali is seen going over to the Deadpool star after the game.
As the pair shook hands, the Chelsea man said: “Make it up to the Prem.”
It took a late Josh Acheampong goal to force the match into extra-time.
Alejandro Garnacho and Joao Pedro settled the fifth round clash when Wrexham tired after George Dobson’s late red card.
Reynolds posted on X: “Three years ago this week, we battled Maidenhead United to a draw. Today we pushed Chelsea to extra time. So incredibly proud of Wrexham’s performance today.”
Wrexham boss Phil Parkinson, who has overseen the club’s rise from the National League to Championship promotion contenders, hailed his players’ performance.
“The lads have been immense,” he said.
“Of course the dressing room is quiet, which you’d expect after a defeat, but when we wake up tomorrow the lads can be immensely proud – and the supporters will be – of the way we’ve played.
“Everybody knows that 11 v 10 in extra time, when so much energy has been used, is a difficult ask.
“But we said there would be a moment and there nearly was with the disallowed goal.

“I think we deserved, at the very least, to go to penalties, but some big calls went against us.”
No Hollywood ending
Taking two-time Champions League winners Chelsea all the way shows just how far Wrexham have come in a short space of time.
Three straight promotions under their Hollywood owners Reynolds and Rob Mac have seen them in the second tier.
They continue to defy expectations and are sixth in the Championship, pushing to hold-on to that play-off spot.
Speaking to ESPN, Reynolds said: “It feels like a win to me. We are hosting Chelsea at the Racecourse Ground in Wrexham.
“If you look back five years and people wouldn’t even say the name Wrexham and cut to today and they say they can’t stop saying the name Wrexham without a grin on their face.

“It’s a profound shift in everything about this community and the town has lifted its fortunes with the club and that’s the thing that I think early on Rob had identified that if the town succeeds in lockstep with the club, we’ve done something wonderful.
“If one succeeds without the other, then we’re missing something.”
Rob Mac added: “They were buzzing back there and we were hoping that that was the case because you could feel the excitement at the end of the game in the stadium.
“The supporters saw what they just put into that game. They gave it everything. We’re playing one of the best teams in the world and for them to go out there and make it as competitive as they did was incredible.”
Premier League bound?
Wrexham have a three point gap to Derby in seventh with a game in hand.
They have 11 matches left this season to try and defy the odds into getting a fourth straight promotion.
When asked about getting to the Premier League, Reynolds said: “It’s been the aim since day one.
“It really has. Nothing’s really changed about that. It’s so moving to see how galvanised it is around here, though, how these supporters just feel about this football club and how infectious it is and just to see people all over the world adopt Wrexham as sometimes their second team, sometimes their only team.
“It’s a really beautiful thing. I think the story resonates because there’s a Wrexham all over the world. There’s a Wrexham in every country, everywhere and it’s just been awesome.
“It’s just awesome to watch those boys out there leave their last drop of blood on this field.”
