1. By entering this prize draw or competition (the Promotion), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the Specific Terms and Conditions). The General Terms and Conditions also apply to the Promotion and, unless otherwise stated, any terms defined in the General Terms and Conditions shall also apply to the Specific Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion you agree to be bound by the General Terms and Conditions. Promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including all information on how to enter the Promotion on the Platform (including social media if applicable), also form part of these Terms and Conditions (the Promotional Materials). In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such Promotional Materials or General Terms and Conditions and these Specific Terms and Conditions, these Specific Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

Eligibility

3. The Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 years or older. Additional eligibility requirements are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

Timing

4. The Promotion starts at 4pm (UK time) on 7 August 2026 and closes at 4PM (UK time) on 17 August 2026 (the Promotion Period). Any entries received outside the Promotion Period are automatically disqualified. 

How to Enter

5. You can enter this Promotion in any of the following ways:

You can spend up to a maximum of £40 on paid text message/SMS entries during the Promotion Period. You may also qualify for “Additional Entries At No Extra Cost” as detailed in Clause 7.

2. Boost Offer:

You can use the Boost Offer once. This allows you to pay for 5 extra entries in one go, as described in clause 7;

You can enter up to a maximum of 100 (one hundred) times Online. 

4. Free phone entries: You can enter up to a maximum of 116 (one hundred and sixteen) times by calling the phone number provided.

Please note these important limits: 

Monthly Cap: A statutory combined limit of £240 per month applies to all phone-paid services on your account.

Rejections: If you reach this combined limit across multiple promotions, any further SMS entry attempts will be rejected but you may still be charged by your network provider. 

7. If you enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by Text Message/SMS, you will be invited to take part in the following offers:

• Additional Entry At No Extra Cost

1. If you enter the Promotion a second time by sending a text at the premium text rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period, you will receive an additional entry at no extra cost. A third text message is not required to claim this free additional entry. The free additional entry will automatically be included after the participant enters the Promotion a second time (i.e. by sending the second text message). 
2. If you send a third SMS message during the Promotion Period, the cycle restarts and you will be charged again at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) (plus the standard network rate) using the same mobile number during the Promotion Period.
3. If you enter the Promotion by sending a fourth text message at the premium rate of £2.50 (two pounds fifty) plus the standard network rate, you will receive another additional entry at no extra cost. 
4. It is your responsibility to ensure that if you choose to accept the offer, the subsequent SMS message is sent within the Promotion Period; otherwise, the additional entry and free entry may be charged but not included in the draw.

• Boost Offer

a boost of 5 additional entries from the same mobile number at the premium rate of £5 (five pounds) plus your standard network rate by texting BONUS, FIVE OR BOOST to 83338 during the Promotion Period. Participants are limited to 1 Boost Offer only during the Promotion. 

Winners and Prizes 

8. There will be eleven (11) total winners (collectively, the “Winners”) selected from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period. The Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries by an automated computer process that produces verifiably random results.

1. One (1) Major Prize Winner; and
2. Ten (10) Runners-Up.
3. The Major Prize Winner will receive a hospitality package for four (4) guests to The Betfred St Leger at Doncaster Racecourse on Friday, 11th September. The package includes: Hospitality admission tickets and raceday programmes for four (4) guests;

1. A private table for the duration of the fixture in The Home Straight Restaurant with dedicated host and service staff;
2. A Champagne reception;
3. A three-course plated fine dining menu;
4. Afternoon tea;
5. Access to convenient bar and betting facilities; and
6. Access to all public areas.
7. Each of the ten (10) Runners-Up will receive one (1) 4-day pass granting admission to the full festival (Thursday, 10th September – Sunday, 13th September).

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any Prize with an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value, or, at its sole discretion, offer the equivalent cash value of the Prize.

Winner Notification and Claiming Prize 

13. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to notify the Winners  by email or phone using the other contact details provided to the Promoter within 4 days after the end of the Promotion Period. The Winners needs to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 4 days of being notified they have won. Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.  
14. If a Winner (i) cannot be contacted within this 4 day window or (ii) refuses or is unable to confirm acceptance of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new Winner (at random, using a computer process that produces verifiably random results), from the remaining valid entries that were received during the Promotion Period.
15. The Prize will be delivered, or details with instructions on how to book or obtain the Prize will be communicated, to the Winner within a reasonable time and by no later than 28 (twenty eight) days after the Prize has been accepted.

The Promoter’s decision as to the Winner of the Prize is final and binding on the participants. The Promoter will not enter into correspondence with participants in relation to this decision.

Unless otherwise stated in the Promotional Materials, this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize. Participants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to the manufacturer or service provider of the relevant Prize (although, if a participant wins, their details may be disclosed to the Prize provider in order to provide them with the Prize).

Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner, which in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion is contrary to these Specific Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other participants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion. 

The Promoter reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter, or suspend these Specific Terms and Conditions, the Promotion, or any element of the Prize, and accepts no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, or inability of a winner to redeem their Prize, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: cancellation or postponement of the Prize,  travel cancellations or delays, being denied entry, detained, deported, or otherwise restricted by any immigration or border control authority for any reason, strike, lock-out, labour dispute, illness, act of God, natural disaster, adverse weather conditions, war, riot, civil commotion, accident, public health concerns, epidemic or pandemic, malicious damage, fire, flood, compliance with any law or governmental order, breakdown of plant and machinery, actions of third parties, or personal circumstances affecting the winner or their guest(s).

The Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by English law. You can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in the English courts. If you live in Scotland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the Promotion and these Specific Terms and Conditions in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Nothing affects the mandatory provisions of your local law.
