This could be a nice start for Everton going into the New Year, they sit tenth place going into this gameweek and a win should be on the cards against a team in real trouble down in the relegation zone.

Burnley have lost four and drawn once in their last five games and now sit well adrift of safety by seven points going into Christmas.

Everton don’t score often but they are also great at keeping the goals conceded down too.

Toffees strong bet

Everton have lost three in their last five, winning the other two.

So it’s a bit of a must they return to getting a clean sheet against the likes of Burnley.

That said their last two games came against Chelsea and Arsenal, both incredibly tough game and the latter of which only ended 1-0.

Everton look a good price for where they are to win straight against Burnley and also as an addition to a few other selection for a bet builder.

Grealish back to goal involvements

Everton beat Nottingham Forest 3-0, Bournemouth 1-0 and Man Utd 1-0 in three of their last six games.

Each winning to nil in impressive fashion against some tough sides.

They should find this easier but it should be another closely fought game.

Jack Grealish went on a huge run at the start of the season either scoring or assisting in the Premier League.

He’s since gone on a bit of a dry spell, but facing Burnley and the style of play he’s sure to get a few opportunities to create and get a few shots away.

With four assists to his name in 16 appearances he can bounce back here.
