Bo Nickal needed just minutes to dismantle Kyle Daukaus for TKO win
Bo Nickal could be ready for another fight on the same night, as he made quick work of his opponent at the UFC 250 event at the White House on Sunday.
The 30-year-old lightweight needed just 4:34 in the first round of his showdown against Kyle Daukaus to finish the fight and notch his second win in a row.
It all started with a clean left hook that Nickal landed on Daukaus’s head. Nickal followed that up with a right straight that sent Daukaus to the mat, where he continued his onslaught. The former Penn State Nittany Lions star wrestler then fired multiple elbows to Daukaus before the referee stopped the fight in favor of Nickal.

It was clearly a one-sided affair , with Nickal also landing a takedown on one attempt to go along with 44 total strikes (16 significant) to just 26 (two significant) from Daukaus.
lso worth noting is the fact that it’ just the first loss of Daukaus in thre UFC fights. That also stopped the 33-year-old Daukaus’s six-fight winning streak, dating back to his days with Cage Fury Fighting Championships.
As for Nickal, his win was a great follow-up to his TKO victory over Reinier de Ridder in November of 2025.
In the post-fight interview with Joe Rogan, Nickal tried to score some off-cage points by praising US President Donald Trump and UFC president Dana White.
“It feels amazing. First and foremost, I gotta thank President Trump for making this happen,” Nickal said (h/t TMZ).
“Thank you, Dana, all the UFC, everybody. This is unbelievable. It takes such a special person to be able to have the balls to do something like this. I have so much respect for him, had that for a long time. I’m just grateful to be here. Grateful to be a part of it.”
With his win at UFC Freedom 250, Nickal improves his overall MMA record to 9-1-0.
