Benfica vs Real Madrid Super Boost: Mbappe to score anytime NOW 5/4 (was 4/6)

Benfica and Real Madrid renew rivalry again and this time it’s for a spot in the Champions League last 16.

While we wait with bated breath for more last-gasp goalkeeper scoring heroics in this fixture, Midnite are backing Kylian Mbappe to bag, with a super boost (was 4/6 NOW 5/4) for the Real star to score anytime tonight.

Jose Mourinho hosts Los Blancos yet again, the club where he won La Liga, Copa del Rey and the Supercopa during his time in charge. But will it be Mbappe having the last laugh this time?

Midnite are also offering new customers who bet £10 on any of the action in Tuesday night’s Champions League playoff first-leg clash £30 in free bets, an offer which can be claimed by following this link*.

The two club’s only met a matter of weeks ago in the final matchday of the Champions League league phase.

Real Madrid were still right in the mix for an automatic passage to the last 16. And would have scraped in with a draw. But with the match at 3-2, Benfica still needed one more goal to secure a playoff berth.

Up stepped, goalkeeper Anatoliy Trubin who headed home in the 98th minute to secure the Portuguese outfit an unlikely top 24 finish.

Fate is a funny thing in football. Does it actually exist? But it appeared as if the stars aligned for Mourinho yet again in the playoff draw when both clubs were drawn in this two-legged eliminator.

Benfica are slowly welcoming back their injured band of players, with Alexander Bah and Richard Rios back in training.

The midfield pairing may be a combination of Enzo Barrenechea and Leandro Barreira – with Fredrik Aursnes nursing a muscle injury and therefore ruled out.

However, it may well be an unchanged attack, that lined up in January, with two-goal hero Andreas Schjelderup alongside Gianluca Prestianni and Vangelis Pavlidis.

Real Madrid boss Alvaro Arbeloa gave encouragement that Mbappe would start the game and be at the fulcrum of the 15 times champions attack.

Jude Bellingham is still absent, so we could see a midfield of Aurelien Tchouameni, Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde.

Trent Alexander-Arnold has returned from injury in recent weeks and could well start at right back.

After Barcelona slipped up to Girona in La Liga on Monday, Real are two points clear at the top of the league. If they can put one foot into the last 16, then the Bernabeu hot-seat may cool, for a week at least, for Arbeloa.
