Zendaya is showing some love to the WNBA.
The Emmy-winning actress was seen in the stands for Game 5 of the WNBA Finals on Oct. 26. Zendaya wore the purple Valkyries game T-shirt in support of the home team and sported her new pixie cut.
One fan pointed out Zendaya's tie to the Bay Area, given the actress is from Oakland, California.
“Zendaya is from Oakland, so this isn’t a celebrity sighting, it’s a hometown fan showing up. That’s real Bay love,” the fan wrote.

Alongside Zendaya, several other notable stars and athletes came to support the Valkyries, including former soccer player Megan Rapinoe, rapper E-40, former WNBA players Ruthie Bolton and Candace Parker were also spotted in the crowd.
The WNBA moment for Zendaya follows her other sports association recently. Last week, the actress attended Folsom High School's Senior Night football game in Folsom, California, on October 23, 2026, to support her nephew, a senior linebacker, EJ Coleman.

Regardless of tonight's result, the series was going to at least be pushed to Game 6, where they will play on Atlanta's turf at the State Farm Arena. Game 6 will be at 12:30 pm ET on Thursday, Oct. 29.
