What happened to WWE's R-Truth against Damian Priest?
On Oct. 16, Truth and Priest faced in a singles match. Truth went for a top-rope dropkick, hitting the move but injuring himself in the process.
The referee stopped the match, and WWE medical personnel came out to check on him. This didn't stop Priest from attacking him before Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer) came out to stop him.

This is unlikely to be the final chapter in their feud. The tensions between Truth and Priest were boiling for months, and it came to a head in September 2026. Priest turned on Truth after they failed to win the AAA World Tag Team Championship from the War Raiders (Ivar and Erik).
Truth and Priest have crossed paths several times over the last couple of years, dating back to the former trying to get into the Judgment Day stable in 2023. They later began teaming up and won the Tag Team Championship in March 2026, holding the titles for 147 days.
