The Buffalo Bills are set to take on the New England Patriots in Week 4 in an early AFC East matchup. Buffalo has looked hot to start this season, while New England has been cold, but how can Josh Allen and his teammates take advantage of their opponents? ESPN's Mina Kimes broke down exactly what area they can take advantage of on Sunday.

During a segment on “NFL on ESPN,” Kimes claimed that the Bills' defensive line has the opportunity to be the difference-maker in this contest. If this unit can get to quarterback Drake Maye early and often, it could prove to be a long day for the Patriots. However, Kimes provides some advice for Maye on how he can overcome the pressure he should face against Buffalo.

“I think, Dan [Orlovsky], to your point about the Bills' defensive line being one of their strengths, that's where I just keep going back to the quick game, right? Watching this Bills defense, the difference to me is the defensive line.

“But behind that defensive line, there's a lot of places where you can go after and pick them apart,” Kimes continued. “So, I just think for Drake Maye, you want to see that time throw closer to two and a half seconds than it has been so far this season. So, you can at least mitigate that.”

The Bills have generated nine sacks through three games so far in the 2026-27 campaign. Greg Rousseau leads the way with six sacks of his own. So, he should give the Patriots fits on Sunday, especially if he rushes the right side of New England's offensive line, as that's been a weak point early this year.

This game is scheduled to kick off at 1 p.m. EST. It will be a home game for the Bills in this one.
