If you were wondering what happened to the decor used at Madison Square Garden for Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce's wedding — which was estimated to cost $30 million — in July, you have an answer.
The Daily Mail (via Page Six) reports that Swift's team told crew members to “dispose” of the decorations used for the nuptials. This was done to ensure that no “traces” were left behind that people could've stolen and sold. In turn, they “burned it all” in Pennsylvania, where the decor was made.
Even the insider source conceded that the situation “is kind of crazy.” 11 semi-trucks were used to transport the decorations to New York before returning to be incinerated.
“The fact that no one has relics of it and it all had to get burned and properly disposed of is kind of crazy,” said the source. “Eleven semi-trucks to transport cross-country and then just burn it all down was pretty wild, just because you don’t want people [to have access to it].”
Swift and Kelce tied the knot on Friday, July 3, 2026. There were over one thousand guests at Madison Square Garden for the ceremony. The festivities continued into the morning of July 4.
Adam Sandler, who starred alongside Kelce in Happy Gilmore 2, officiated the ceremony. Jason Kelce, Travis' older brother, was the best man.

While the Chiefs just lost, they are one win away from tying their total from last year. They will play the Denver Broncos in Week 8. Previously, the Chiefs beat their division rivals in the first week of the season. Swift was at the game at Arrowhead Stadium.
