What does the fox say? Get out of the way if you don't want to be on a poster.
Something like that.
San Antonio Spurs guard De'Aaron Fox proved on Wednesday that he can still get up.
In the second quarter against the Phoenix Suns in the preseason at Frost Bank Center, Fox drove hard to the lane before unleashing a vicious slam on Rasheer Fleming—plus a foul—sending the home crowd into bedlam.
In case you have forgotten, Fox used to punish the rim when he was at Kentucky.
The Spurs blew out the Suns, 123-103, winning their first game in the preseason. Fox had nine points, three rebounds, and four assists.
San Antonio paraded its possible starting unit of Fox, Dylan Harper, Stephon Castle, Devin Vassell, and Victor Wembanyama.
More details to come.
