The Los Angeles Dodgers are one loss away from falling short of the World Series. Blake Snell took the mound in Game 3 against the Milwaukee Brewers, hoping to give his team a needed win. Unfortunately, the Brewers jumped on Snell from the very first pitch of this game.

Milwaukee won Game 3 by a score of 6-2. The Brewers are now one win away from their franchise's first appearance in the World Series. One point of controversy in this game was the Dodgers' use of Snell. Manager Dave Roberts explained his mindset after the game.

“His stuff was really good, I don't think that they were seeing him well. I was trying to get him 3 more hitters… obviously the leadoff walk hurt, hasn't given up a homer all year, but it's baseball. I felt good with where Blake's stuff was at,” Roberts said, via Dodgers Nation.
