For the first time in almost a decade, U2 will tour in Europe and the UK, bringing the 2027 Greatest Show on Earth Tour there for 12 shows next year.
The band announced a dozen new dates across seven cities on their upcoming tour. The European leg will commence on Apr. 26 in Stockholm, Sweden, and will conclude on July 6 in Milan, Italy.

This is the first time U2 will tour in Europe and the UK since 2018's Experience + Innocence Tour. However, they haven't played in stadiums in Europe and the UK since the 2017 Joshua Tree 30th anniversary tour.
Fans who pre-order the album on the UK and EU stores will get pre-sale access. U2.com subscribers will have pre-sales on Nov. 2 and 3 as well. The artist pre-sale will be held on Nov. 4.
Wolf Alice is set to open for U2 during this leg. Beck will open for them during the South American leg of the tour, which begins on Feb. 23.
Surprisingly, a date in Ireland has not been announced. Maybe that announcement will come later. There are a few gaps in the itinerary. U2 could potentially announce more shows to fill those.
23 shows have now been announced on the Greatest Show on Earth Tour, and there are likely more coming. A North American leg hasn't been announced yet.
The Greatest Show on Earth Tour is in support of the band's upcoming album, Carnaval de Luz. Carnaval de Luz will be released on Nov. 13.
