No, it doesn't appear Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes intentionally snubbed Denver Broncos quarterback Bo Nix after his team lost at Empower Field at Mile High in Week 8.
A video from after the game went viral on social media. Nix appeared to chase down Mahomes after the game to show sportsmanship after leading his team to an 11-point fourth-quarter comeback, which launched the Broncos into first place in the AFC West.
CBS Sports' Tracy Wolfson debunked the idea that there was any conflict between the players. She said that Mahomes being a sore loser and not wanting to talk to Nix was “absolutely not true.” Nix was not near Mahomes when the game ended, and it took time to get to the Chiefs' quarterback.
“This is absolutely not true. I was right there and Nix was on the other side of field when game ended and celebrating and took a while to get to Mahomes,” Wolfson clarified. “They had a long conversation with Mahomes and Nix both showing respect for each other.”
Bo Nix out-dueled Patrick Mahomes in the Broncos' thrilling win vs. the Chiefs

The Chiefs are Broncos put on a showcase in Week 8. Their Week 1 game was not very close, as Kansas City won 31-10. This time around, Denver was more prepared.
The Chiefs took a 24-13 lead late in the game. However, a missed field goal by Harrison Butker—his sixth of the year—and a failed scoring drive at the end of the game resulted in the Chiefs' second loss of the season.
It ended in some controversy, as Mahomes led his team right down the field with a chance to take the lead on the last drive of the game. He threw a touchdown to Rashee Rice that was negated by a false start penalty by right tackle Jaylon Moore. He was then sacked on the next play.
