Colts rookie running back Seth McGowan had only 37 carries for 163 yards before Sunday. The Dallas-area native has only one carry for 2 yards against the Cowboys, but it went for his first career touchdown.

Jonathan Taylor lost his shoe on a 6-yard run to the 2, allowing McGowan to get the glory.

The Colts lead the Cowboys 7-3.

The home team’s drive was only 19 yards after Laiatu Latu had a strip-sack of Dak Prescott, knocking the ball loose from behind as the quarterback scrambled right. Rookie defensive lineman Caden Curry returned it 6 yards before left tackle Tyler Guyton made the tackle.

The Cowboys opened with a seven-play, 34-yard drive that ended with Brandon Aubrey’s 45-yard field goal.

Prescott is 4-of-7 for 36 yards.
