With the upcoming tilt for the Baltimore Ravens against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 7, the one aspect people want to know about is the status of star quarterback Lamar Jackson. As Jackson looks to return from an ankle injury for the Ravens, he would give a key update that could bode well for his availability.
Speaking to the media on Friday, Jackson was asked whether or not he will play for Baltimore against the Bengals on Sunday, to which he responded that while he doesn't know for sure, he is “heading in the right direction.”
“Right now, I’m heading in the right direction. I can't call it right now, you know, still got a grace period, so we'll see. Hopefully. But I feel like I'm heading in the right direction,” Jackson said, according to Jamison Henley of ESPN.
