Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Kirk Cousins continued his postgame In-N-Out tradition in style after leading the team to a much-needed 38-33 win over the New York Jets in Week 8. However, the 38-year-old had plenty of company this time, with several teammates joining him to celebrate the end of Las Vegas's four-game losing streak.

Cousins has developed a habit of visiting the popular fast-food restaurant following Raiders victories, making it part of his personal postgame routine. After Sunday's win at MetLife Stadium, he made no secret of his plans, reiterating his intention to visit In-N-Out following his postgame press conference.

Once the team returned to Las Vegas after its lengthy flight from the East Coast, Cousins followed through on that promise. Rookie quarterback Fernando Mendoza, superstar tight end Brock Bowers and more than a dozen other Raiders players accompanied him to the restaurant. The group also posed for pictures with employees while wearing the establishment's recognizable white paper hats.

Cousins previously shared the tradition with his son, Turner, after Las Vegas defeated the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 2. He posted a picture outside an In-N-Out location after that win, describing the visit as their new Victory Monday routine.

Cousins had plenty to celebrate after orchestrating the Raiders comeback with three touchdown passes and a rushing score. His performance also extended an impressive statistical season. The four-time Pro Bowler has recorded 19 touchdown passes through eight games, trailing only Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow's 20. He has completed 63.6% of his attempts while averaging 265.5 passing yards per game.

The win moved Las Vegas back to .500, although three challenging matchups against the San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks and Denver Broncos await.

With Bowers and Mendoza joining the latest In-N-Out outing, Cousins' winning tradition has become a team affair. The Raiders will hope to give their quarterback more reasons to make those visits.
