The Oklahoma football team hasn't lived up to expectations from fans this season. Oklahoma's offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle is under fire, as his offense has struggled throughout the campaign. A new report sheds light on whether Sooners head coach Brent Venables will fire Arbuckle soon.

“SoonerScoop sources said Venables has not made a decision on the future of offensive coordinator Ben Arbuckle, or anyone else on his offensive staff. Venables will spend much of Sunday morning with recruits before meeting with his coaching staff in the afternoon and OU brass in the evening to discuss the program’s direction, as he does every Sunday to recap games and talk about what’s next,” On3 reported.

Oklahoma is just 4-4 this season. The Sooners just lost badly to South Carolina, 42-25.

“Incredibly pissed at myself and for all of us,” Venables said after the loss. “Just embarrassing. It’s embarrassing in every way.”
