The NFL returns to London on Sunday. The enthusiasm isn’t the same as it has been.
The first of three straight games happens at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, between the Colts and the Commanders. Via Ken Maguire of the Associated Press, the NFL has slashed prices for remaining tickets in the hopes of generating a sellout.
With some tickets going for up to $325, they have fallen to as low as $105.
Fans who paid the higher prices aren’t happy — including 2025 NFL international fan of the year and London native Andy Burrows.
“They don’t care about the fans,” Burrows told Maguire. “As long as that place sells out and it looks good on TV, the NFL won’t care about us. And I’m not alone. I speak to fans every day.”
On October 11, the Jaguars host the Eagles at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The London series ends on October 18, with the Jaguars hosting the Texans at Wembley Stadium.
