While performing “Bass Persuades,” the title track from her 10th studio album, Cyrus said, “Oh, I forgot. I’m supposed to sing every f**king line.”

This was an obvious response to the people who took issue with her letting the crowd sing parts of her songs during the first Hollywood Bowl show.
At another point in the show, Cyrus responded to her critics once again. She took issue with those who questioned her effort in the first concert.
“I have never heard that I don't put my heart into something,” she told the crowd. “I don't know if any of you heard that, that somebody was doing commentary to get clickbait on their video talking about my show on Friday night.”

She didn't even want to “entertain” the criticisms. Cyrus conceded that performing “used to be a lot of fun,” and while it “still can be,” she can be “melted.” Her old lifestyle took something away from her live performances, and she still struggles with getting on stage.

Cyrus was adamant that her crowd wasn't an “experiment.” She said it's “an experience for me,” and the fans “make the experience possible.”
The Hannah Montana star concluded, “One thing I will not stand [for] is any question about where my heart is when I'm on the stage. I'm fully present.”
Cyrus performed two shows at the Hollywood Bowl on Oct. 16 and 18. These were her first full sets in several years. The shows were mostly made up of songs from her last album, Bass Persuades.
