Down goes the Minnesota Lynx — for good. After losing Game 1 of their first-round series in the 2026 WNBA Playoffs against the No. 8-seed New York Liberty, the top-seeded Lynx were shown the door by Breanna Stewart and company on Tuesday, as Minnesota suffered a gut-wrenching 87-71 Game 2 loss at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
With that loss, the Lynx also made unwanted history.
