The first trailer for the upcoming Baywatch reboot led by Stephen Amell and also featuring Olivia “Livvy Dunne” and Brooks Nader is here, and they have the “best job in the world.”

FOX dropped the trailer for the new show, which will premiere in January 2027, on Tuesday, Oct. 13. It opens by showing the various lifeguards saving the day after an airplane flying a message crashes into two people going parasailing.

They spring into action, and the Baywatch trailer gives its first glimpse of the iconic slow-mo shots. The lifeguards run into the water as they save the day.

Charlie Vale (played by Jessica Belkin) is introduced about 80 seconds into the trailer. She is the secret daughter Hobie Buchannon (Stephen Amell) never knew about.

She needs a job, and she joins the crew. Hobie always wanted a relationship with his daughter, but he fears for her safety, should she join the Baywatch crew.

The trailer concludes with Nat (Hassie Harrison) telling Hobie that they have the “best job in the world,” something they agree on.

Baywatch was greenlit by FOX in September 2025. An open casting call was held in 2026 before filming commenced in the spring.

Amell leads the ensemble, which also features Dunne, Nader, Harrison, Noah Beck, Shay Mitchell, and Thaddeus LaGrone. Additionally, David Chokachi, who played Cody Madison in the original series, will return. Mary McDonnell, Michael Bergin, and Kelly Packard also joined the cast in recurring roles.
