As the practice week begins, quarterback Lamar Jackson’s availability for Sunday’s game against the Bills remains unclear.
While Jackson was on the field for Wednesday’s practice, head coach Jesse Minter was mum about his participation level.
“He was able to get some work in, but I think that’ll come out around 4 [p.m.],” Minter said in his press conference, referring to the release of the day’s injury report.
“I think the more you’re able to do and respond from and feel from, certainly raises your optimism,” Minter added, via Jonas Shaffer of the Baltimore Banner. “But again, we’ll kind of see how it goes throughout the week.”
Jackson has not played since suffering a high-ankle sprain in the Oct. 4 victory over Tennessee. He was a limited participant in practice all last week. While initially questionable for last Sunday’s game against the Bengals, he was downgraded to out on Saturday.
As Minter noted, Baltimore’s injury report will be released alter in the day.
