It continues to look like quarterback Jayden Daniels will return for Sunday’s game against the Giants.
After offensive coordinator David Blough called Daniels “full go” earlier on Thursday, Daniels was officially a full participant in the day’s practice.
Daniels told reporters on Wednesday that he’s embracing wearing a brace on his left elbow so that he can play.
Daniels dislocated his left elbow again during Washington’s Week 2 loss to the Cowboys.
It appears as if Daniels may have to return without two of his top receivers, though, as both Terry McLaurin (hamstring) and Stefon Diggs (hamstring) did not participate for the second consecutive day.
Also on Washington’s lengthy injury report, guard Sam Cosmi (concussion/throat), tight end Ben Sinnott (rib), and linebacker Sonny Styles (groin) were all upgraded from limited to full.
Offensive lineman Nick Allegretti (hip/Achilles) was downgraded from limited to DNP while safety Nick Cross (illness) was downgraded from full to limited.
Backup quarterback Marcus Mariota (knee), safety Percy Butler (hamstring), defensive end Charles Omenihu (groin/ankle), and safety Tyler Owens (hamstring) all remained out of practice.
Running back Jacory Croskey-Merritt (groin), cornerback Trey Amos (ankle), linebacker Frankie Luvu (groin), running back Jeremy McNichols (quad), tight end Chig Okonkwo (hamstring), running back Rachaad White (shoulder), and defensive end Deatrich Wise Jr. (quad) all remained limited.
Receiver Treylon Burks (shoulder), defensive tackle Javon Kinlaw (shoulder), cornerback Fabian Moreau (knee), and safety Jeremy Reaves (finger) all remained full.
