On Sunday evening, the Seattle Seahawks got back into the win column with an impressive home win over the Kansas City Chiefs in prime time. The Seahawks controlled this game defensively throughout, handing the Chiefs their first loss of the season and spoiling running back Kenneth Walker III's return to Seattle in the process.

The Seahawks would sure love to have Walker III back in their locker room these days amid their running back health crisis, and on Monday, the team got a key injury update on Jadarian Price.

“…coach Mike Macdonald announced that they're opening the window for Seahawks RB Jadarian Price. Help is on the way,” reported NFL insider Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network on X, formerly Twitter.

Price last played a few weeks ago against the Washington Commanders, having been drafted by the Seahawks in the first round of this past NFL Draft, in large part due to the departure of Walker III.

Meanwhile, the Seahawks are also eagerly awaiting the injury return of star running back Zach Charbonnet, who has been out since the playoffs last year after tearing his ACL. Getting Charbonnet back will go a long way in helping balance out the offense and taking the pressure off of quarterback Sam Darnold to try to do everything.

Still, the vibes are definitely much higher in Seattle now after Sunday's strong performance against the previously undefeated Chiefs, and that figures to only continue now that the team has gotten good news on Price.

The Seahawks will next hit the field on November 2 at home against the Chicago Bears.
