The Dallas Mavericks could be without star guard Kyrie Irving when they host the undefeated Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night at 9:30 p.m. ET on ESPN.
Dallas listed Irving as questionable with left knee injury management on its latest injury report Wednesday morning, leaving his availability uncertain ahead of the Mavericks' three-game homestand.
The 34-year-old returned this season after missing the entire 2025-26 campaign while recovering from a torn ACL suffered against the Sacramento Kings in March 2025.
Through three appearances, Irving is averaging 19 points, 3.7 rebounds, 3.7 assists and 1.3 steals while shooting 51.2% from the field and 32% from 3-point range in 27 minutes per game.
Irving contributed 18 points, six rebounds, six assists and two steals in Dallas' 113-109 victory over the Miami Heat on Monday. He shot 7-for-17 from the field and 2-for-11 from beyond the arc across 33 minutes.

Irving is one of seven Mavericks players listed on Wednesday's injury report.
Dallas ruled out Dereck Lively II (right foot surgery) and Sergio de Larrea (right knee sprain). Santi Aldama (right knee surgery) and Tarik Biberovic (right heel bursitis) are doubtful.
Naji Marshall (illness) and Caleb Martin (right thumb sprain) join Irving as questionable.
Oklahoma City's injury situation is equally concerning, particularly following the devastating losses of Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace.
Williams suffered a fractured left ankle during Sunday's 108-101 victory over the Los Angeles Clippers, while Wallace sustained a torn labrum in his left shoulder during the same contest.
Both players require surgery and are expected to miss several months, potentially the remainder of the season.

Ajay Mitchell is questionable with a right ankle sprain.
Despite their mounting injuries, Oklahoma City improved to 4-0 following Monday's 125-114 victory over the Phoenix Suns.
Dallas, meanwhile, enters Wednesday's matchup at 2-2 after snapping a two-game losing streak against Miami.
Irving's status remains one of the biggest questions heading into the Western Conference showdown, with the Mavericks seeking their first home victory of the season against a Thunder team attempting to preserve its perfect start.
