Tampa Bay Rays star Junior Caminero suffered an injury scare late in Game 4 of the World Series on Tuesday. When the Rays completed their comeback victory to force a Game 5, attention turned to whether or not Caminero would be available moving forward in the series. Manager Kevin Cash provided an initial encouraging injury update after Tuesday's matchup, and he provided even better news on Wednesday. Caminero is expected to be in the Game 5 lineup as the Rays trail the Milwaukee Brewers 3-1 in the Fall Classic.

“Junior Caminero is just fine and will be in the Rays starting lineup today, Kevin Cash says,” Bob Nightengale of USA Today reports.

Caminero is a regular season MVP candidate. He's the best overall player on the team. If the Rays are going to shock the MLB world and come all the way back in this series — no team has erased an 0-3 deficit in the World Series before — they will need Caminero to not just be available, but for him to produce at the plate.

Tampa Bay entered Game 4 trailing in the series 3-0. Milwaukee took a 3-2 lead in the top of the 12th inning, but the Rays scored two runs in the bottom of the 12th to win 4-3 and keep the series alive. Tampa Bay certainly still has work to do, however.

Junior Caminero and the Rays will look to get the job done once again at home on Wednesday night. First pitch for Game 5 of the World Series is scheduled for 8 PM ET in Tampa Bay.
