England captain and Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane is the 2026 Ballon d'Or winner. Following a successful club season and a World Cup campaign, Kane impressed his critics and fans to win arguably the most prestigious individual award in soccer.
Moments after winning the 2026 Ballon d'Or, Kane celebrated it in a way that many women around the world might feel jealous about. In a recent reel uploaded by Kane on Instagram, she is shown hugging and kissing his wife in a wholesome and intimate video. Katie Goodland, has been with the former Hotspur striker for years now. Childhood sweethearts, the two married in 2019 and are parents of four kids. “Wouldn’t be possible without you,” Kane wrote in the video, which is now going viral with 2.8M likes.
Been together for years now, and Katie Goodland has been one of Kane's strong support systems during all of his tough and glorious times. From years of being trophyless despite his impressive talent, Kane is now a one-time Ballon d'Or winner.

Later, Kane shared another post on Instagram where he expressed his gratitude to everyone involved in his road to glory. “Where do I begin? That was an evening I’ll never forget. It’s an incredible honour to receive the Ballon d’Or award after a year full of goals, trophies and special milestones. Thank you to all the staff and my teammates at [England] and [Bayern Munich], as well as family, friends and everyone who’s supported me – this wouldn’t be possible without you all. Thank you to everyone who has sent a kind message, social media post – I appreciate every single one of them. This will live long in the memory,” Kane wrote.
Extremely deserving of the trophy, Kane finished the 2025-26 season with 73 goals for club and country.
