The Atlanta Falcons need answers fast as the Kevin Stefanski era is off to a rough start. Atlanta yanked Cooper Rush for Jack Strand during the abomination against the Carolina Panthers Sunday. But now Michael Penix Jr. is on his way back before facing the Green Bay Packers.

Atlanta pulled off the decision to pivot back to Penix on Monday, with ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter helping reveal the move.

Penix will return to the huddle following his knee injury of 2025 that bottled him to just nine games.
