The Atlanta Falcons' quarterback room has been a mess all season long. Michael Penix Jr. was forced to miss the first two games of the season while recovering from an ACL injury. That forced Tua Tagovailoa into the role as the supposed starting QB, but the fellow lefty was hurt just before the start of the season.

Cooper Rush and Jack Strand saw time behind center until Penix was able to return to action, and upon taking over as the starter, the Falcons' offense finally started to impress. The team scored 35 and 45 points in back-to-back weeks. Then, the team took on the Baltimore Ravens in Week 5, and Penix suffered yet another injury.

The Washington product hurt his ribs on a big hit late in the game.
