The Philadelphia Eagles are taking on the Jacksonville Jaguars for the first game of Week 5 in London. Quinyon Mitchell is having a solid outing in this one, as he picked off Trevor Lawrence late in the third quarter. It just so happens that the interception led to a first in his career.
It's said that the 25-year-old cornerback recorded his first-ever regular-season interception after picking off Lawrence, according to Ari Meirov of The 33rd Team. All of Mitchell's prior interceptions have come in the playoffs.
“Eagles CB Quinyon Mitchell has his first career NFL regular-season INT,” Meirov said on X. “A big monkey off his back. Mitchell has 4 career INTs in the playoffs.”
