The Philadelphia Eagles had a win in the palm of their hands against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but they gave it away with the quickness in the final seconds. Leading 17-16 with about eight seconds left, the Eagles elected to kick the ball to be returned instead of sending it into the end zone for a touchback.

“I didn’t make the right decision. I lost us that game,” Sirianni said.
