As the Los Angeles Dodgers prepare to take on the Milwaukee Brewers in Game 1 of the NLCS, Dave Roberts' squad has more to deal with than just passionate Wisconsin baseball fans: Ghosts.

That's right, while usually, baseball games are decided by the living, Milwaukee famously has a haunted hotel, the Pfister Hotel, where teams sometimes stay, which opens up a supernatural element to the NLCS proceedings.

And yet, in the opinion of Max Muncy, the Dodgers All-Star third baseman and home run-hitting machine so far in October, the prospect of a ghost stopping by during LA's stay isn't too concerning. Why? Well, because if they aren't there to be malicious, he's totally down to watch some TV and hang out.

“No, I let it go. If there's a ghost in there, come on in,” Muncy said via Bob Nightingale of USA Today. “If the TV turns on, I know he's friendly. Hopefully he's just not there to disturb me. I welcome them. If there's a ghost, let's have a good time with it, come on in. It is what it is.”

While Muncy has a pretty progressive stance on ghostly visitations, some of his teammates, namely Mookie Betts and Teoscar Hernandez, aren't as into the idea of an unwelcomed roommate on the road, with the duo outright refusing to stay at the Pfister. While it's impossible to say which party will be proven right, for Betts and Hernandez's sake, let's hope LA can take care of business against the Brew Crew in Games 1 and 2 so they don't have to return to Milwaukee for another potential stay at the haunted hotel.
