Jonathan Taylor watched the Indianapolis Colts trade both left guard Quenton Nelson and defensive tackle DeForest Buckner hours apart. He probably caught glimpse of a team social media post that was hyping up rookie running back Seth McGowan around that same day. He also knows that the organization is undergoing changes after firing general manager Chris Ballard. The franchise has done everything to signal that a rebuild is underway, except ship out No. 28.
Most fans anticipate that he too will switch teams before the Nov. 10 deadline, and apparently, so does the player himself.
“My understanding is Jonathan Taylor expects to be traded,” insider James Palmer said on the NFL on Prime Video postgame show Thursday night. “We'll see if somebody gets up {to the Colts' high asking price}.”

Palmer listed the Minnesota Vikings, New York Giants, Green Bay Packers and Denver Broncos as suitors. There have been offers, but Indianapolis is currently not satisfied with the packages that are being presented. Nonetheless, Taylor is bracing himself for a change of scenery.
